Soccer & Softball - Double Duty Spring

Last weekend was Mckenna's first softball game! Norah had her second week of soccer at the same time!

My sweet little sports girls!

Pops came with to head to Mckenna's softball game!

Mommy took Norah to Soccer while Pops and Dad headed to softball.

Bat Girl

Mckenna and I finally made it out to one of Jim's softball games a couple of weeks back. Mckenna loved playing with the bats. She "helped" out the guys and girls with their bats during the game... AKA - she moved them all while they were on the field!

Sunday/Monday

We had a pretty relaxing and enjoyable weekend... much different than the busy one last weekend.

On Friday night we went to get some dinner and then headed over to watch Jim's softball game. Of course Mckenna fell asleep on the way! She did wake up a little bit into the game, though, and then we got to enjoy the game! Jim hit two homeruns, so it was definitely a game to be at!

Here are some of the pictures from our trip to the doctor on Saturday afternoon...

Getting silly in our LONG wait

On Sunday we did some grocery shopping in the morning... it is getting interesting to shop with Mckenna as she is recognizing the foods she eats and sees me put them in the cart and wants them! She was begging for bananas, yogurt and goldfish on our trip!

Late afternoon we headed over to Bill's house for a belated housewarming party at his place! Mckenna got to be a little ham and show everyone her mad walking skills!

Saying cheese in her new clothes and bow!

Getting silly with our sippy cup!

Tired?

Today we again didn't do much. Ran 2 errands and then just relaxed at home. Mckenna has been taking some really long naps during the day, I'm sure making up for a couple of later nights (on Mckenna time!).

It was so nice to not have a million places to go this weekend... now next weekend the fun begins! Football Sunday!!
