Fill the Freezer

This past weekend I ventured into another freezer meal cooking quest. I prepared 22 meals for the freezer.... We are hoping to continue eat out less and survive some busy weeks that are in our foreseeable future! Most of these are crockpot meals, making them even easier to prepare dinner!!

Here is what I made:

Sloppy Joes - Good old fashioned Ground Turkey with Manwich Sauce (we aren't too fancy)

Root Beer Pulled Pork

Garlic Lemon Chicken

Creamy Chicken Taquitos

Crockpot Beef Carnitas

(I can't find my original recipe. This is super close, but I added dry Onion Soup mix

Spring Has (finally) Arrived!!!

The weather finally topped 50 degrees today!!! Yea!!! 

To celebrate we spent nearly the whole day outside!

Mckenna's bike had a flat....  So she fixes that!

Two trips to the park kept us busy too!!

I love seeing what this girl can learn to do at the park after a winter indoors!

Our weekend was pretty low key... Which is a nice change of pace with as hectic as our weekdays have been!
